Entry to the Hotel when the office is closed ( non reception hours ) is Via the Automatic Check-In facility located outside the front entrance doors.

All Internet Reservations are to use the Hotel reservation number located on the machine, if checking into the Hotel After Hours please ensure you contact the Hotel before closure and during reception hours to confirm your Internet Reservation Number to be used in the machine.

A Credit Card is strictly required for any arrivals after 6:00pm, and will be required in the After Hours automatic Check-In machine.

Bookings that are made via website after 12 midnight are reserved for that following evening and not the previous night. Bookings must be made prior to midnight to be reserved for that night.
Eg: A booking made by the internet before midnight on the the 5th Feb 2008 will be reserved for the 5th Feb 2008. Bookings made at 12:05am will be reserved for the 6th Feb 2008 and not the 5th Feb 2008.

Please note Eftpos cannot be used as a method of payment in the automatic machine.

Please note if you are not the credit card holder for the booking which has been reserved, then you must contact the hotel prior to your arrival to advise that you will not have the credit card to present to our staff on checkin.
Our staff will then ask you to pay a security bond in cash.

Standard Rooms sleep a maximum of 3 People including children and babies.

Shopping Centre, Post Office , Clubs & restaurants located within 1km.

TRANSPORTATION

The Hotel does not operate a shuttle service to the City, although the local Taxis are available.

Close to both Train & Bus Terminals.

RESTAURANTS – EATERIES

A $7.00 Continental Breakfast is available Daily at the Hotel from 7am to last seating 8:45am Monday to Saturday and from 7.30am to last seating 9:15am Sundays and Public Holidays.
Please enquire at Reception about our NEW HOT Breakfast Options which are also available for an additional $4.00 per item.

Takeaway can be ordered from brochures located at Reception.

The hotel stocks frozen meals which can be heated in the microwave when you are arriving outside of the opening hours of the local restaurants and eateries.

A Tea/Coffee/Hot Chocolate & Snack Foods & Soft Drink Vending machines are available 24hrs and are located in the Hotel Lobby.

ATTRACTIONS

Only 40 minutes drive to the Hunter Valley wine region ( wine tour buses can pick up at door ) and Port Stephens.
Whale watching tours leaving from Newcastle Harbour.

Early check in & late check out are available upon request (subject to availability)
A sliding scale surcharge fee will apply.
